Jaimie Alexander Reveals Lady Sif's Marvel Undergarments

Jaimie Alexanders Lady Sif hasnt been seen on the big screen in the MCU since Thor: The Dark World and as far as we know, she isnt in this weekends Avengers: Endgame. Many fans would probably like to see more of Sif in the MCU. But while we wait for that to happen, Jaimie Alexander is happy to show us, well, more of Lady Sif. Specifically, the actress has revealed the Marvel heroines undergarments. Take a look:

Jaimie Alexander clearly had some fun with this tweet, pairing a devil emoji with what could be called a rhetorical question. Yes, Im pretty sure at least a few people have wondered what is under Lady Sifs armor. Here we get to see that what is beneath that armor is a tight-fitting all black outfit that looks more like it belongs to Black Widow in Iron Man 2 than an Asgardian warrior.

It definitely makes sense that youd want something tight, lightweight and easy to move in before loading up with all that armor. Regardless, you remove Lady Sifs armor, bracelets and greaves and Jaimie Alexanders character still looks every bit as beautifully badass as she does in her full battle attire. Greaves or not, you definitely dont want to get kicked with the boots this Goddess of War is wearing.

Sadly, its been a while since weve seen Jaimie Alexander kicking ass in the MCU in any outfit. After Thor: The Dark World, the actress reprised her role as the character in two episodes of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. but hasnt been seen since. While it initially seemed like she might get a bigger role in Thor: Ragnarok, the actress couldnt join the film because of scheduling conflicts with her NBC show Blindspot.

After Avengers: Infinity War it was revealed that Lady Sif, like so many others was snapped out of existence by Thanos. But with the Decimation expected to be reversed in Avengers: Endgame, could she finally make her return?

Blindspot is currently in its fourth season but it has not yet been renewed for a fifth season, nor has it been cancelled. If it is cancelled, that would presumably free Jaimie Alexander up to rejoin the MCU, if there was a place for her character of course. To that end, a few months back, we heard a rumor that Lady Sif could get her own limited series on Disney+.

Disneys upcoming streaming service is handing out series to plenty of MCU characters and the messaging has been that these series will have real integration with the film universe and influence one another in a big way (unlike Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.).

Given that she is Asgardian, Lady Sif would definitely be one of the more interesting characters a series could follow. She arguably hasnt gotten her due or been fleshed out enough in the movies yet and a series could remedy that. Even if she doesnt get her own series perhaps there would be an opportunity for Jaimie Alexander to play the character in Lokis Disney+ series.

The Charlies Angels Reboot Has Added Patrick Stewart For A Cool Role

Elizabeth Banks' reboot of the Charlie's Angels franchise is promising to be something different for the series, and the newest piece of casting is more evidence that this is the case. Patrick Stewart has now joined the film to play the familiar role of Bosley. While that in itself isn't unusual, what makes it so is that director Elizabeth Banks was, and still is, planning to play the same role.

While the new Charlie's Angels movie will have the same basic premise as the TV series it was based on, which itself saw a pair of previous big-screen adaptations, the new movie will change things up in a few key ways. First and foremost, the detective agency run by Charlie Townsend will actually be a global security firm with agents all over the world. The movie will simply focus on one of the offices, where the Angels, played by Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott, and Ella Balinska, all work. Another big change was set to be the fact that Bosley, normally the Angels' primary point of contact for the never-seen Charlie, was going to be played by a woman, in this case, director Elizabeth Banks, instead of it being the only regular male role from the series.

Now, it appears that the plan is for the new Charlie's Angels to have multiple Bosleys, with Banks playing one and Patrick Stewart playing another, and perhaps other actors playing the role as well, it's not clear. The Hollywood Reporter doesn't explain how the multiple Bosleys will work so it doesn't appear to be known. The most likely scenario is that, if there are multiple offices for the agency filled with multiple Angels, each one probably has its own "Bosley." Since it appears we'll be seeing agents from multiple offices working together then there's a good chance that we'll see multiple Boselys as well.

The only question is, are they all actually called Bosley? This makes it sound like Bosley is a codename rather than the person's actual name, which seems like something that would only breed confusion in your global company. Are they numbered? Or is Bosley a job title? Perhaps it's just a nickname. Maybe every office calls their "guy" Bosley for reasons the movie will make clear (perhaps reasons related to the original series if the movie is supposed to take place in the same universe).

Whatever the rationale, Patrick Stewart is a fantastic addition to any movie's cast and the character details are irrelevant. Although, this modern and updated take on Charlie's Angels certainly makes the movie more interesting than it would otherwise be. With a release date almost exactly a year away, we still have a bit of time to wait to see what the end result of this unique version will be.
